Meet Kelly
I’ve spent 26 years helping people feel at home in their bodies
I’m Kelly Etter. I’ve been a certified Pilates trainer since 2000, and before that I spent more than 20 years as a dancer and musical-theater performer, so I know what it means to ask a lot of your body, and what it takes to care for it.
I work with teens, adults, and people living with injuries or chronic conditions. Over the years I noticed something: the body only relaxes as far as the nervous system allows. That’s why I’ve widened my work beyond Pilates into nervous-system and vagus nerve practices and resilience coaching, as a Lisa Nichols Certified Transformational Trainer.
In 2025 I lost my home and my studio in the Eaton Fire. I know what it is to start over, and I know it can be done. That experience lives in everything I teach now: we rise, we rebuild, and we keep moving forward.
I see clients in Altadena in person, and everywhere else over Zoom.
