Selfcare Is Not Selfish

Repeat after me. It takes repetition — and then practice — for this mindset shift to sink in.

Selfcare is not selfish. Selfcare is not selfish. Selfcare is not selfish. (No, I’m not yelling — it just takes repetition for things to sink in.)

We’re taught to be of service, help others, put the needs of others before our own. But seeping into the cracks isn’t enough — it’s a mindset shift that fulfills the “seeing is believing” adage: it’s hard to believe without actually putting it into practice and SEEING the benefits.

Are you working, caring for kids, caring for aging parents, managing your household — essentially taking care of everyone else? What happens when you burn out? Then who takes care of everyone?

It isn’t really their permission you need… it’s YOURS. It is time to give yourself permission for self-care. Let me help, so you can see it, believe it, embody it, and act on it — and as a result, take better care of everyone else too. Start here.

Let’s talk about where your body is right now, no pressure, no obligation.
